After a one-hour ground orientation, teacher oversees an introductory flight that covers takeoff, landing, and flying fundamentals

About Republic Aviation Intro Flight

A certified flight instructor for single and multiengine aircrafts, Danny Waizman has soared skyward from Farmingdale's Republic Airport since 1996. In a fleet of Cessna, Piper Cherokee, and Beechcraft planes, Danny's students hone their flying skills during one-on-one lessons tailored to each pupil's pace and goals, such as achieving a private pilot license. For apprentice aviators eyeing a piloting career from the get-go, Danny's career pilot program––based in New York City––trains attendees with more than 100 hours in the cockpits of multiengine planes.
