Tours of the historic Pabst brewery kick off with a pint of Pabst Blue Ribbon, Schlitz, or a non-alcoholic beverage, paired with a viewing of vintage beer commercials. The building’s owner, Jim Haertel, leads groups out to the courtyard to pose for pictures with a statue of Captain Frederick Pabst before heading to the guest center. The tour winds through the former Pabst corporate offices, where Jim recounts the history of the 150-year-old building. Tours run Friday through Sunday at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., and 3 p.m.
