I offer personalized service and as the owner, I am on every install making sure designs are correct. Customer happiness before money.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
This started out as [a] seasonal gig to help out some neighbors. Very quickly, it was apparent that a lot of people did not take joy in climbing ladders, braving the cold, or risking injury. That's where Deck The Halls comes to the rescue.

What do you love most about your job?
I am an introvert by nature, but this service brings me a certain comfort and confidence and I love what I can bring to the table for the holiday season. The outdoors, the communication with great people, and the holidays make this not a job but an art.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback received would be a great lady residing in Leander who gave the go-ahead to install every year because Deck The Halls over delivered. Which is a normal occurrence.
