Paintball is like a production of Hamlet: it's exciting, demanding, and by the end, everyone has pretend-died. Take paintball arms against a sea of troubles with today's Groupon: $20 for an all-day pass, C02 or air, 500 paintballs, and rental equipment (a $52 total value) at Disruptive Paintball, located in northwest Tucson. Disruptive's fields are open from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays and Sundays.
Crawl on your belly over rocks and dash between bunkers on Disruptive's more than 18 acres of scenario fields and regulation air fields. War games meet high-velocity paint tag on a helicopter field, where two downed helicopters provide cover from the paint-filled spheres humming past your ears. A western town scenario offers gunslingers the chance to snipe from a trench or towers on either end of the field. On another battleground, a 12-foot wall fosters close-quarters combat, while a spool field next to the staging area is designed for fast-paced action. This Groupon includes the electric Vibe paintball marker you'll need to decimate friends, enemies, and hapless squirrels in a splatter of color.
Disruptive Paintball's founder, Ryan Lovato, is a professional paintballer who equips his fields with the best equipment and designs his equipment with the best players in mind. He has staffed Disruptive with friendly referees who know how to keep the game safe without making it less fun than a tea party with Macaulay Culkin. If you'd like to blast paint with a group of 10 or more, call ahead to make a reservation.
Players must be at least 7 years old, and players less than 18 years old are required to have a parent sign their waiver. This Groupon is valid for field paint only.

About **Disruptive Paintball
Across Disruptive Paintball’s six battlefields, teams splatter blotches of color across 18 acres of dry desert landscape. Amidst the shrubs and sparse trees, they slink behind giant wooden spools and up stairs into watchtowers, where they pick off opponents belly crawling up dirt mounds. Players can also post up inside a dilapidated helicopter and various forts or challenge their aim and reflexes on the small speedball court furnished with large inflatable obstacles. Because the center's varied and exciting arena attracts players of virtually every age and skill level—from 7-year-old girls and boys to elderly grandparents—staff members divide participants by skill level to ensure every player has a safe and fun experience. Disruptive Paintball also hosts airsoft nights, a game similar to paintball that uses soft pellets in place of paintballs.
