The Dock Local offers a variety of tasty seafood dishes with a coastal flair. The mission of this restaurant and food truck chain to provide guests with a unique coastal experience through high-quality food and superior hospitality. The menu is centered on fresh starters, sandwiches, rolls, tacos, salads, and creative sides. The Dock Local is operated by two experienced chefs, Brett Curtis and Tim Halls, whose goal to bring fun, fresh, and flavorful coastal cuisine to the Dallas-Forth Worth metro area. The menu includes:
- Garlic Lobster Fries: featuring bacon, garlic, cotija cheese, parsley, and of course lobster, all topped with house sauce
- All in Knot Roll: fresh chunks of lobster, blue crab, and shrimp with mayo, cilantro, chives, and butter—served chilled
- Terrapin Slider: Maryland-style crab cake with bacon, pesto, tomato, greens, and house-made sauce
