Without heat, popcorn would just be a tub of buttered kernels and Shaq would just be a three-time NBA champion. Add heat to your workout with today's Groupon: for $39, you get a 10-class pass to Dragonfly Hot Yoga (up to a $150 value).
The body-bending instructors at Dragonfly Hot Yoga amp up metabolism and increase range of motion with movements and poses performed in their superheated studio. Step into the steam for three distinct class disciplines daily—the steamy schedule is as flexible as its yogis, with morning, afternoon, evening, and post-second-breakfast sessions. During 90-minute intensive Dragonfly Fire classes, students hit the mats, basking through a series of poses and breathing exercises before flexing into deep poses. Dragonfly Flow classes strengthen and tone muscles through 60 minutes of flowing postures, with gentle heat and driving beats focusing minds and bodies alike. The gentle 60-minute Dragonfly Yin sessions help students increase flexibility through long-held poses and sharpen mental acumen through games of paperless Sudoku.
Dragonfly Hot Yoga's welcoming instructors fling the doors wide to students of every ability level before quickly closing them to keep the heat in. Schedule a post-workout sit in the studio’s modern lounge, with light-board installations, orange pendant lights, and recordings of favorite childhood bedtime stories calming nerves and nerve endings. Yoga-goers should bring a yoga mat and towel or rent one at the studio; while not included in today's Groupon, child-care is also available for malleable mamas and poised papas.
Dragonfly Hot Yoga currently offers a two-week unlimited yoga special for new students. The 10 sessions offered by this Groupon can be redeemed over a 12-month span.

About Dragonfly Hot Yoga
Megan Ryan Kaiser doesn’t remember her first hot-yoga session as a transcendent, transformative moment. She recalls the feeling of intimidation that almost sent her packing. Over time, the class did enhance her life as she felt the benefits throughout her transition, but it might not have without the support of a welcoming community of students and instructors. She struggled to find such an affirming place to pose after moving to the Madison area from Los Angeles. Instead of continuing her search, she decided to build the community she sought by launching Dragonfly Hot Yoga.
Students of all shapes, sizes, and skill levels flock to the studio’s award-winning classes, which range from beginner-friendly Intro to Yoga sessions to Advanced Flow routines filled with challenging inversions and arm balances. Spacious classrooms let students move freely, and flooring specifically designed for hot-yoga classes repels sweat and odors. During most yoga classes, the room’s temperature rises to 85–105 degrees, which promotes flexibility and toxin release. The instructors also lead traditional fitness classes, including a boot-camp-style workout filled with resistance training, calisthenics, and plyometrics. Before and after classes, students bond over tea and books in a lounge that’s as cozy as a fireplace wearing a hand-knitted sweater. To help busy parents integrate yoga into their routine, the studio also offers childcare during many morning classes and private yoga sessions, which can be scheduled at a convenient time. Dragonfly Hot Yoga | Barre also offers non-heated yoga and barre-amped classes in their new Studio Mild space.
