Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
After we get to know you we'll know exactly what it will take to get you to succeed. We also vary up the exercises. We don't operate on "auto repeat."

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Seeing how easily people can succeed in group environments, when there's an instructor there who gets dirty with you!
