Infrared is the band of light we perceive as heat. Eco Chateau's Infrared Saunas use ceramic infrared heaters to penetrate the skin on a deeper level, providing all of the health benefits of natural sunlight, without the dangerous effects on the skin. Eco Chateau's Infrared Saunas are a great way to remove toxins, relax muscles, improve blood circulation, increase your heart rate, cardiac output and metabolic rate, soften skin, relax and rejuvenate your mind! Oh, did we mention that all of their Infrared Saunas are in PRIVATE SUITES for ultimate relaxation. We also offer towels and a bowl filled with cold aromatherapy water to freshen up with afterwards.

Please bring your refillable water bottle as we do have filtered water in-house so you can stay hydrated during your session. We will also include your choice of an Electrolytes or Magnesium Boost for your water going into or after your session.

The Whole Body Vibration is a platform that you stand on for 10 minutes that helps promote circulation and lymphatic drainage. The session engages smaller muscles that we don't normally use and can also help with any sciatic nerve and restless leg issues. The variation and intensity of the "vibe" can be adjusted to specific needs and comfort.
