- Opening Time: The Haunt opens at dark
- Duration: The haunted house takes 30-45 minutes, depending on the maze
- Guest Conduct: No touching actors or props. Wear suitable footwear and dress for the weather
- Refunds: No refunds for fear or fright. No refunds in general, due to limited seats. In case of weather disturbances, dates will be shifted
- Fast Pass: Skip the line with a fast pass (under 30-minutes wait)

- While inside attraction: No Smoking, No Lighters, No Flashlights or Cell Phone Lights, No Flash or Video Photography, No Eating or Drinking, and No Touching the Actors or Prop
- If you have any heart or respiratory problems, are pregnant, or require assistance walking on your own, you should not participate
- Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises
- Anyone who appears intoxicated will be denied entrance
- No running or "horse play" is permitted
- No vulgar language or behavior
