- A $25 deposit is required when booking any service at ELITE Body Goals Spa. Deposits are non-refundable and will go towards your service If you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so within 24 hours of your appointment(minimum) or you will count as a no-show. In this case, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be returned. Frequent last minute cancellations will result in being blocked from future services. No refunds you can reschedule once, if you cannot make your new rescheduled date, you will need to pay another deposit to book your service! You get a 10 minutes grace period. If you don't make it in 10 mins, you will have to pay a $25 late fee, or put down another $25 deposit mask required. No extra guests.
