Elite Fitness Studio's trainers consider fitness a family pastime. That's why they pepper their schedule with a combination of adult- and kid-focused classes. Adults can tone their muscles with Pilates, cycling, and rowing classes or bend and stretch their way through meditative yoga sessions. Kids can also partake in yoga, as well as gymnastics and tae kwon do. Group classes aren't the only option for members, though. They can also lift weights with a personal trainer or just stand around the gym flexing their muscles every couple of minutes.
