Epic Fitness welcomes members to tackle workouts solo, with a personal trainer, or among peers in a group fitness class. For Warrior Training, workout are steeped in functional movements as people climb ropes, hang from rings, jump onto plyometric boxes, and pry open pickle jars. Classic free weights and strength-training machines allow members to pump iron on their own schedule. A cardio movie theater plays recent cinematic favorites such as Despicable Me 2 and Gravity while members sweat it out on stationary bikes and elliptical machines. Childcare is also available for parents during their workouts.
