Eppley Boxing and Kickboxing is more than just a run of the mill factory "boxing gym" that hold endless classes day in and day out. All of our Clients get personal One-on-One attention throughout their whole sweat dreanching session.
Have a lot of weight to lose? We have hacks to streamline your weight loss. Have only a few pounds that need to come off, but won't? We have the formula.
We don't hold our sessions based on an exact hour. If you can go harder and longer, we are there with you. On the other hand, if you are just starting out, or just having a bum day (we've all been there), we can break up your session. No need to feel pressured at any point.
