Eric’s Fit Lab offers a wide variety of personalized fitness training programs for people of ALL fitness levels. Located in the heart of Tucker, GA, the FitLab gym provides a positive, supportive environment designed to help YOU meet your fitness goals.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We like to find the inner athlete in everyone. Even people who have never set foot in a gym before. We also hold monthly challenges for all the gym members. These challenges help keep their work outs fresh.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
“I think working out and fitness are vital parts of our lives. It’s the best form of (preventative) medicine. This is my way to contribute to healthcare and to give athletes the competitive edge.”
What do you love most about your job?
Getting up each morning knowing that I can make a difference in someones life really makes me feel great !!
