- All options are only valid with Joey. Toner, any additional product and any additional time needed to achieve the look you are going for will result in additional fees. Additional fees may apply depending on hair length, texture, and density. All first time clients getting a chemical service may require credit card number to secure their appointments. If you arrive late then we might need to reschedule your appointment or your service might be abbreviated so that the next client is not inconvenienced. In case of your abbreviated service, you will be charged the full price of the service. Cancellation within 24 hours will be treated as missed appointments. In order to reschedule a missed appointment you must pay the cancellation fee before we reschedule. All no shows will be charged 75% of the service.
