Eugene Yoga has two locations. In the heart of downtown is their newly remodeled spa-like space with an urban atmosphere and their South Hills location is in the Tamarack Building, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Both locations offer two large studios under one roof with over 120 classes to choose from weekly.

Mix and match classes such as Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Feldenkrais, and community donation. Qigong, kids’ yoga, and family yoga will also be available soon. Students can either drop in or preregister for their classes. Classes start as early as 6:30 a.m. and as late as 8:30 p.m. See the schedule here.

About Eugene Yoga

Eugene Yoga’s team of outstanding instructors build a community of holistic wellness-seekers with a robust and diverse lineup of over 100 drop-in classes between two locations and four studio rooms. Classes offered include Yoga at every level (from power flow to gentle), MELT, Pilates, Feldenkrais, and Zumba. In Melt classes, students learn exercises to relieve aches and pains with soft foam rollers that help you hydrate fascia and restore health to your connective tissue and promote whole body physical health. Feldenkrais classes also address chronic pain. Pilates classes focus on improving posture, building greater core strength, and strengthening the spine. Zumba is dance fitness.
