What is the cancellation policy?
They understand plans change. Kindly provide 24 hours notice if you cannot make your booking. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full admission price
Are outside food & drinks allowed?
No food or drink is to be taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises
What if you only book with a couple people?
It is ok to book a small group, however, if you have a small group, you may be paired with another group to meet the quota for the room
Are you really going to be "locked" in a room?
Yes and no. The doors will be locked, but there are exit buttons as well. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you're welcome to do so
