• Renters must be 23 years or older to rent and 21 years or older to operate a machine.
• Operators must have a valid driver's license.
• Passengers under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a guardian.

• Tire/belt damage coverage is optional for rental UTVs. If declined, the renting customer is responsible for repair or replacement costs. Rims and other UTV parts are not covered, and repairs are the responsibility of the renting customer.
• Renter will be required to select a damage deductible options at time of booking and credit card hold in that amount of chosen deductible will be required upon arrival.
