About Fab Hot Dogs

Not all food is created equal. That's what the people behind Fab Hot Dogs learned when they traveled the country researching the nation's flavors. After sampling hot dogs and burgers from virtually every region, the owners had a delicious vision: bring the best of the lot to a single restaurant. Hence, Fab Hot Dogs was born, with a menu of more than 30 hot dogs, bratwurst specialties, sandwiches, and burgers from around the US. Since opening, Fab Hot Dogs has garnered lots of press attention, including a feature on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives as well as making Jonathon Gold's top 100 list.

The menu includes favorites like the chili cheese coney and the Chicago dog, as well as more offbeat creations, such as the Fairfax burrito dog that compiles two all-beef hot dogs, pastrami, chili, cheddar, onions, and mustard inside a grilled tortilla. Customers can also opt for a specialty cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, or their own custom-built hot dog. For the latter, they choose from more than 20 toppings that will crown a beef dog, polish sausage, turkey dog, or The Ripper—a special beef and pork dog flown in from New Jersey and then cooked in the deep fryer.
