During the Dairy Adventure, visitors view educational exhibits, watch a 4-D movie, and tour the behind-the-scenes operations of one of the country’s largest working dairies. The birthing barn showcases the very start of dairy production. Here, audience members gaze through a large glass window and watch as a dairy cow gives birth. About 80 calves enter the world every day at Fair Oaks Farms, so each visitor has a chance to view the birthing process. Visitors can embark on the adventure 9 a.m.–5 p.m. on Monday–Saturday and from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. on Sunday.<p>
