From the very start of initially inquiring about hiring Faithful Movers, Phil was extremely responsive over the phone. He patiently answered follow up questions too- which is when I found out he was on vacation- but STILL helping customers!
For the actual move:
Jeremiah and Mark (Mario?) were absolutely fantastic. They took our concerns and priorities seriously and made efficient work of the move. They took care of all valuables and delicate items. They moved like The Flash and had the strength of Superman. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat and we’ll refer them to all our friends. We sure hope we won’t be moving again anytime soon, but if we do, Faithful Movers will be the first company we call with a special request for Jeremiah and Mark (Mario?).
