Dr. Eleni Kanasi, DDS, MS, PhD, CAGS, FICD is a caring and highly specialized Board Certified Periodontist with an extensive background in Implant Dentistry and Periodontology.
She received her dental degree (DDS) from Sweden in 2003. Her higher education continued in Boston, where she attended Harvard School of Public Health, Harvard School of Dental Medicine , Forsyth Institute and Boston University.
Dr. Eleni Kanasi served as the active Periodontist at Boston University and Whittier Street Dental Health Center in Boston, Massachusetts. She has been practicing in Northern Virginia for over three years and is proud to be part of the Farhoumand Dentistry.
The Restorative Specialist (Places the Crown after the implant)
Dr. Foad Farhoumand and Dr. Farah Farhoumand are a brother-sister duo who have been practicing dentistry for over 32 years. Dr. Foad and Dr. Farah have respectively earned their Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. and Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia.
To gain further expertise and experience, Drs. Foad and Farah Farhoumand trained at the Rosenthal Institute for Aesthetic Dentistry at New York University, focusing on advanced cosmetic dentistry procedures. They both completed additional training in dental implant surgery and CEREC® one-day crowns. Dr. Foad also received additional training for Invisalign® teeth straightening system.
Our doctors, as well as the rest of their expert dental team, use the most advanced dental technology and equipment at their state-of-the-art facility. They strive to provide modern dental treatments in a comfortable and compassionate environment.
