Choose Between Two Options
- $24 for a six-week Learn to Skate course for ages 3–5 (up to a $62 value) $32 for a six-week Learn to Skate course for ages 6 to adult (up to an $82 value)
Both age groups meet once weekly for six weeks, with the younger group’s sessions lasting 30 minutes and the older group’s 50 minutes. Sessions begin the week of October 29; see the current schedule for specific classes and times.

About Farmington Hills Ice Arena
Two ice surfaces lie within the sprawling, 70,000-square-foot Farmington Hills Ice Arena, hosting skaters for programs such as youth and adult hockey, figure skating, and open sessions for the public. Up to 1,200 people can look on from the stands while hockey teams battle it out or fledgling figure skaters compete to see who can become the dizziest. Beginning skaters can learn to glide atop their blades for the first time or improve their existing skills during Learn to Skate courses, which instill skating fundamentals through series of lessons and evaluations.
