Experienced instructor helps students express themselves by throwing clay on a pottery wheel; one piece is returned glazed two weeks later
- During pottery classes the participants get their hands dirty as they throw clay on a pottery wheel, using light pressure to sculpt the delicate curves of a bowl or vase. Each student will create a single piece of pottery that will be ready for pickup in two weeks. The staff handles the glazing, but students get to select the color. Students are welcome to bring snacks and beverages to class, which runs between 2 and 2.5 hours.
- What’s included: pottery class, having one piece glazed and fired
- Most classes are adult only (18+). Children (13+) may be accompanied by an adult in the Sunday afternoon classes, with no more than 2 children per adult.
Nu Do Hair Salon’s COVID-19 Precautions
- Customers are encouraged to wear masks during the classes
- The premises are opened only for the members
- Art gallery will remain closed to the public until social distancing can be achieved
- All classes for non-members have been canceled for the summer

- No shows and 2nd reschedule a fee of $50 will be applied. Classes must have a minimum of 4 people or may be subject to reschedule. No walk-ins. Doesn't need to be couples, just pairs of 2! Wear clothes that you can get dirty, this includes shoes. No children allowed.
