Your workouts will be 30 minutes of FUN, High impact using equipment such as dumb bells, medicine balls, slam balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, plyo boxes and so much more! 

We are a small business located in the Olde Ridge Village Shoppes now for 14 years! We believe in getting involved with our communities and contributing locally whenever possible. So when you step foot into our newly renovated location you can expect a clean, friendly, and fun high energy workout environment that’s not only a place to get fit and healthy, but a place to make friends with others in your community.
