42Combat is a high energy cardio boxing working. This class incorporates boxing, kicking as well as a variety of equipment to create a high intensity interval circuit. No prior boxing experience is needed as our coaches will carefully lead you through each movement. Time will fly as you box to the beat and move station to station in this action packed hour.

We do not consider Fit in 42 a 'gym'. We are a Training Studio. We treat every person as an individual that has different goals, struggles and abilities. We devise a strategy for each person to make sure we have a plan to reach their goals.
