You may not feel experienced or like a veteran when you first try us out, but you will quickly learn. Our coaches make sure to give you personal attention and are always available for one-on-one training.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Close to four years ago, UFC fighter Johnny Bedford created a gym where kids and adults could train in multiple arts. He then later partnered up with professional fighters Evan Cutts and Brandon Quick, who is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt as well as a certified Israeli Krav Maga instructor.
What do you love most about your job?
Our coaches truly love what they do. The bonus with this gym is that you have true professionals teaching you!
