At Fitness Halpers we take pride in Engaging with clients, obtaining results, and having fun while getting healthy. Not only do we have a variety of fitness routines to always keep class interesting, but as well we make sure everything is done in a safe manner.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Lots of encouragement and goal setting. Always striving to be better next week then your were the previous week. The teamwork that is generated by the atmosphere is contagious and keeps the person next to you pushing to do their best.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion for living a healthy lifestyle and teaching others how to live healthy as well. It is a unexplainable feeling when you help someone reach their fitness goals. My favorite part is when my clients have that moment they realize they can now do something that previously seemed impossible!

What do you love most about your job?
Changing lives for the better. I feel each and everyday I wake up it is my job to make people better individuals. Fitness is a lifestyle that can be taught and with some disapline and hardwork, anyone can accomplish their goal they set out to achieve.
