What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? _FitPoint offers yoga, Pilates, and group fitness classes and individual sessions. All clients receive towel service, and lockers and showers are also available. Mats and props are all provided. Our goal is to provide a variety of classes with the utmost quality in customer care. _
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? FitPoint is about personal feedback and variety. You won't experience exactly the same yoga, Pilates, or fitness class week to week. The classes are always fun, engaging, and challenging. Instructors adjust to your needs so you have a helping hand toward overcoming your personal challenges.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? As a former athlete, I am passionate about fitness. Sharing that passion and inspiring others to be fit and healthy is my reward. I try to provide variety for our ever-changing moods and physical feelings. I want to help clients achieve their goals, with their health and happiness being my priority.
What do you love most about your job? I love the people I meet at FitPoint because everyone has their own unique story. My best day is when people tell me how great they feel after a class or that certain exercises are helping them in their everyday life. It is inspiring to be part of a fun group of people who are motivated to improve.
