What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
All classes are led by nationally certified instructors who are highly qualified to help you see results, have fun, and motivate you to do more than you ever thought possible. Modifications are offered for all classes, and are based off of your personal limitations, without compromising the workout!.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
All classes are challenging, yet modifiable, so everyone can feel success and pride. FitX offers a welcoming environment and the members enjoy seeing new people attend. The members are the real motivating force, they have seen results and continue to be challenged, even after two years of attending FiTX.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Fitness has always been my passion and I am happiest when I am working out. Helping others to enjoy exercise and to value the importance of health makes me happy and it’s what I love to do. I taught at other studios, but quickly realized I wanted to do this full time!

What do you love most about your job?
The people, the results, and the joy on faces when they do something they never dreamed possible! Learning new things to introduce to the class and seeing their faces. I also love when I see parents and adults teach their kids the importance while creating healthy habits for them at a very young age.
