About Five Iron Golf - Chicago
Five Iron Golf started in the back of a men's clothing store in midtown Manhattan, where Mike Doyle gave lessons on a simulator. Together with Jared Solomon, a former student, they began to entertain the idea of revolutionizing standard golf culture and bringing simulated lessons to a broader clientele. Katherine Solomon and Nora Dunnan joined the pair to help develop the business end of the startup. Once the team was completed, Five Iron Golf has expanded into other cities and continues to offer simulator lessons to students.
