What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer TV repair, computer repair, TV sales and all satellite and cable services. We do all our repairs in-house , which makes our repairs fast and cost effective. We use all factory authorized parts. We offer great deals on satellite cable services, as well as professional FREE installations!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My partner and I started out as young cable TV installers in the 1980's. We enjoyed it very much, and learned a lot about this business. That inspired us to open this business and offer our services to customers.

What do you love most about your job?
One of the things we love about this job is the satisfaction of seeing a customer happy after getting something sentimental to them repaired, when they thought there was no hope of a repair.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We had a customer, an elderly nun, who had this transistor radio from back when she was in college. The radio was very old, and it stopped working. I saw how much it meant to her, and I personally repaired it for her at no charge. She had tears of joy, and could not believe I did that for her.
