1) When do we report to the DBPR?

The DBPR requires us to report your completion based on the time you complete the exam, and that's what counts. We generally email you a confirmation of DBPR reporting and their acceptance of the report within 24 hours of the time you complete the exam.

2) When do we provide new enrollment access information?

Course enrollments are processed automatically after a payment is made. You should double check your inbox and spam / promotions folders for the course welcome email if you just made a payment. If you may have entered the wrong email address when purchasing, then be sure to let us know via email your correct address, so we can re-send your welcome email.

3) How should students progress in the course?

A new student should first read the detail instructions found in the welcome email and/or link found in the course menu (seen after logging in). Instructions are designed to answer most questions.
