Inside the sun-soaked studio, students move through a wealth of poses as heat from the high-quality heating system loosens their muscles and detoxifies them. The poses target the whole body, strengthening the core, toning the limbs, and relaxing the mind. The instructors, one of whom is 18 and has been practicing yoga for eight years, remain encouraging and motivating throughout each class, challenging and inspiring their students to attain their individual goals such as increased flexibility or weight loss.
