That’s why, in addition to instilling students with practical, real-world martial arts techniques, classes include stretching and aerobic routines for a full-body workout. Whether they’re learning krav maga, judo, shokotan karate, or fitness kickboxing, students learn patience, dedication, and self-respect along with their defense training. Classes take place on quality suede mats, and students also take full advantage of the facility’s two training rooms and standalone punching bags.
