Customers are at the whims of the winds when they take to the skies with Free Spirit Balloons. That's not a problem for Free Spirit's knowledgeable crew, however. They begin by testing the winds for speed and direction. Then, once they've been determined suitable for flight, everyone travels upwind, by land, to the perfect spot for take-off. As a group, the crew and participants inflate the balloon before floating dreamily up into the clouds. Free Spirit's team works with the balloon's changing altitudes and wind speeds to steer the balloon, before landing safely, greeted by the chase vehicle to bring everyone back to the starting point.
