Freeze & Float offers flotation therapy in five flotation tanks. Each luxury flotation suite is 7 feet tall, enabling the best float experience to both new and experienced isolation-tank users. The flotation tanks are equipped with user-controlled light therapy, audio, and starlit ceilings. The settings can be adjusted once the user enters the sensory-deprivation tank, or the user may have the room completely absent of any light or sound. At Freeze & Float, guests experience the natural healing abilities of heat, water, and ice to relax and alleviate pains in the body and mind.

Freeze & Float also offers cryotherapy and infrared sauna to complement float sessions. In the infrared sauna, clients sit for calming sessions while the infrared technology penetrates the body’s tissue to help eliminate toxins and promote cell regeneration and tissue repair. The heat generated from the infrared sauna also aims to increase circulation in the body, helping to relax muscles and relieve muscle and joint paint. In the hydrotherapy pool, clients float weightlessly to help calm the mind and rejuvenate the body.

In a cryotherapy chamber or localized session, the body or skin is chilled to alleviate muscle pain and help recover from injuries. After visitors' experiences are complete, they may finish by finding inner peace in the serene meditation alcove. They offer alkaline water and a full organic tea lounge to encourage hydration.
