What's so French about Frenchy's Table? For starters, owner Edith Barthelemy, who not only grew up in her parents' bed and breakfast in central France, but stayed in the country for culinary school. After operating a successful restaurant in Limoges, Edith decided it was time to cross the Atlantic, and landed in sunny Florida to continue her gastronomic journey. At Frenchy's Table she combines market-fresh seafood and produce to create unforgettable dining experiences that may include rich foie gras and buttery escargot.
