What's included:
At least 50 minutes of cuddling time in the cuddle spa suite in Largo, Florida (close to Clearwater and Belleair).
Scent and/or music can be included and selected based on your preference.
Unlike, most cuddle experiences that take place in a personal home, the cuddling experience takes place in a cuddle spa that is a safe neutral location where you can feel comfortable. The suite is in a professional building.
To ensure for the safety and comfort of you and the cuddler, sessions are done clothed not in the nude. To receive service customer must agree to the terms of service and schedule appointment in advance online.
Potential Benefits: Cuddling releases oxytocin. Oxytocin can help lower cortisol (stress hormone), blood pressure, and heart rates. Cuddling can also increase serotonin levels which can lead to higher feels of contentment and less feelings of anxiety and depression.
Known potential benefits of cuddling are stress management, improved mood, pain relief, and boosted immunity.

Fresh Cuddles and Coaching is a new business concept and approach to receiving professional cuddling.
Rather than clients having your personal life, home, or privacy compromised. Clients are able to come to a safe, confidential business space that is spa like dedicated to cuddling, comfort, and relaxation.
Nicole Nicholas aka Nicole Fresh is the business owner and professional cuddler. She has always been passionate about very directly helping others. She has always been a healer. In college, she studied psychology and social work. She went on to have a career in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Career Coaching for over 15 years helping others find purposeful work and careers. Now she is continuing her work in uplifting others in her cuddle practice.
Her goal is to bring people out of isolation that this modern life often provides. Also, she seeks to provide deep healing, connection, stress relief, and relaxation to those who need and want it.
