At Fun Slides Carpet Skatepark & Party Center's 33,000-square-foot, black-lit fun zone, kids learn a new way to skate: carpet skating. Instead of lacing up rollerblades or hoping on a skateboard and cruising over concrete, kids strap smooth, plastic plates onto their shoes and glide across carpet for a fun and safer than skating on concrete or ice. They glide down slides, shoot over ramps, and even show off on jumps and rails, navigating the carpet park as though they were wearing actual skates.
