Three-Day, Two-Night Trip

Day 1: After arriving at 10 Mile Ranch, dig into a freshly prepared lunch before you embark on a guided tour of historical Mendocino. Afterward, you’ll return to camp and explore Van Damme’s sea caves via kayak, keeping an eye out for sea otters, sea lions, and mermaids hawking time-shares. Enjoy a gourmet dinner at the campsite, relax, and take in the sunset. Later that evening, you can catch a movie thanks to the camp's mobile-projection system.
Day 2: After eating sweet and savory crepes for breakfast, the group heads off to the nearby Russian Gulch State Park to hike to a waterfall nestled amid the redwoods. Around noon, the group visits the Point Cabrillo lighthouse and enjoys lunch. The tour then visits Noyo Harbor, an active wharf where fishers haul in the day's bounty. From here, the group stops by Glass Beach, a beach resplendent with sea glass. Next you can head back to camp, go on a hike, or explore Fort Bragg on your own.
Day 3: In the early morning, lace up your hiking shoes and take an early morning stroll to the large sand dunes and then enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, the group visits a glass-blowing shop and then the rest of you day's activities are at your leisure.
Four-Day, Three-Night Trip

Day 1: A Destination: Earth van will pick you up in San Francisco (alternate pick-up in Healdsburg available) and whisk you to Healdsburg, an off-the-beaten-path wine region. You'll visit two wineries here before journeying to Anderson Valley, home to California's famous redwoods. Dig into a picnic lunch at a small winery before taking vineyard tour. That afternoon, you'll arrive at the luxury camp with ample time to stroll the beach and take in the sunset over the ocean.
Day 2: After a breakfast of sweet and savory crepes, day 2's itinerary is identical to the day 1 itinerary in the three-day, two-night trip listed above.
Day 3: Enjoy eggs, bacon, hash browns, and cereal for breakfast. You'll then have the choice to either enjoy horseback riding along the north beach, or ride the historic Skunk Train. See the itinerary for details on each option.
The groups reunite in the afternoon and visit Noyo Harbor to see fishers as they unload their daily haul of fish. From here, the groups visit the Point Cabrillo lighthouse and then return to the camp and dinner.
Day 4: After an early hike along the dunes, you'll sit down for a healthy breakfast and then begin the journey back to the Bay Area, stopping at the homes of three artists along the way. Then you travel to a local swimming hole for a brief pit stop before lunch. As you travel through the Anderson Valley, the caravan will take a break at a small winery for a tour before arriving back in San Francisco (alternate drop-off in Healdsburg available) around 7 p.m.
