The start of my visit was well until the manager was rude, unprofessional,and denial of basic necessities During my recent stay at AC Hotel in Florida, I wanted to share some feedback. Mr. Nathan's exceptional customer service at the front desk was commendable. However, the limited availability of microwaves is an issue; placing one in high-traffic areas like the lobby or pool bar would be beneficial. Additionally, housekeeping should knock and introduce themselves before entering rooms to ensure guest privacy. Overall, the staff was friendly and understanding, but I had a negative experience with Ms. Michelle, the GM, whose handling of housekeeping matters was unprofessional and disrespectful, including unannounced room entries. I hope these suggestions help improve guest experiences.

Pros and Cons Beautiful hotel. Pros: clean, nice, EXCELLENT staff. I wish I had gotten their names, but there was a super nice and helpful bartender and a guy at the front desk that was so helpful and patient I wish I could have taken him home. Good food and amenities. Cons- no microwave in room and expensive breakfast. Still 5/5

Do not stay here I recently stayed at the AC Hotel, and I was very disappointed with the experience. The refrigerator in our room only worked if we had fewer than four drinks in it, as we were informed by the hotel staff. As a breastfeeding mom and with refrigerated medicine, this was a major inconvenience. We had to buy a cooler and refill the ice frequently to ensure our prescriptions stayed cold. If you have similar needs, I would not recommend staying here. The hotel needs to address this issue to better accommodate guests with medical or special requirements.
