Friendly staff that was helpful with questions, comfortable room and nice hotel over all. Walking distance to several restaurants, safe neighborhood which is quiet at night. Most importantly, not too far from Fenway if you're going to a game or two. Would recommend and stay here again.

Came in very late on a very late flight a one night stay. Front desk person Hans was very accommodating and welcoming. Spacious and clean room. Loved the extra soft and thick towels. Definitely would stay here again.

Bizarre I stay in a lot of hotels and this one was certainly one of the weirdest. First, the layout of the place is a senseless maze with no obvious way to get from one area to another. Almost all of the other guests were saying the same thing. Next, there was nothing in the room!? No cups, glasses, pen and pad. Not even in the bathroom? They stuck us in one of the interior hallway view rooms which felt like a prison cell. Thankfully the lovely girl at the desk was able to relocate us to a room with an actual window to the outside world. I'd only ever return for its proximity to areas we like.

Misleading amenities - disappointing We booked a 12-night stay at the Arcadian Hotel in Boston and paid a premium for what was meant to be a comfortable and well-equipped experience. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the advertised Nespresso machine in the room, as we enjoy coffee several times a day. When we arrived, there was no Nespresso machine; in fact, no coffee machine at all. No cups, no mugs, not even tea… just a kettle sitting pointlessly on the counter, staring back at us. We raised the issue and were told the hotel had recently changed ownership and the new owners had removed all coffee machines from the rooms. No apology, no compensation, and no prior notice. We were told we could get coffee in the lobby 24/7, but it’s generic, subpar coffee, and not an acceptable replacement. We value our privacy and comfort. Sometimes we want a coffee right after a shower or before getting dressed, not go through the hassle of getting ready, heading down to the lobby, and bringing it back to the room. It’s frustrating and frankly unacceptable for the price paid. We’ve just arrived and truly don’t want to be pessimistic, but it’s hard not to feel like it’s all downhill from here. We’ve been saving money for over half a year and spent countless hours planning the perfect trip: researching locations, reading reviews, and choosing what we thought would be the best accommodation for our budget. After a long journey, this is not what we expected to walk into. The whole situation feels misleading. If you’re booking based on listed amenities, be warned: what’s advertised may no longer reflect what’s actually offered.

I love my stay at The Arcadian!!! I LOVEEEE THE ARCADIAN. They have the 24/7 customer service support online so when I had a chance to text them, it was so late at night but they replied me so fast. And I love how they have a room to take extra towels and stuff that we need on the third and fifth floor. It's so convenient!! The room is also soooo aesthetic with dim and cozy light. However, I'd love this even more if the light are a bit brighter. At the end, I still really like my trip and it's a 10/10!!!
