Nope! Can’t really say that I would recommend this place. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this hotel was one of the choices. The bathrooms are very spacious but that was as good as it gets. Everything is very dated. The doors are heavy and walls are very thin so when anyone comes in or out on your hall it’s extremely loud. I’d tell you to bring earplugs but then you can’t hear all the drunks trying to come into your room at all hours because they forgot where they were staying. I had to turn something in to the lost and found at one point and literally every security person was sitting in the back playing on their phones. No one even looked up when I came through the door so I had to ask someone to look up to turn in my lost item. We never saw any sort of housekeeping staff so no fresh towels, trash removal or resupply of coffee. One working elevator for most of the duration of our stay so that meant waiting over 20minutes for an elevator for those top floors and forget trying to get a luggage cart up or down with so many people waiting. Will definitely find somewhere else to stay the next time we come.

Roaches When arrived to our room smelling like Marijuana. After one day, we’ve already seen two roaches. We talked to front desk and they did nothing. They did offer to spray the room the next day but didn’t have any other rooms available.
My first time staying at a Ballys and am very disappointed.

Parking garage The reason it's getting three stars for me is the fact that the casino parking garage has no security and my vehicle was vandalized during my overnight stay. I had to file a report with the hotel security and the police. I came outside and It looks as if somebody has taken sandpaper to my hood.
Other than all mess I did enjoy my room but this really put a damper on the entire trip.

DO Not Stay at the Hotel! Do Not Stay At The Hotel!!
We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. The last night we had to have security come 2 times because the man in the room beside was screaming and hollering at the top of his lungs for hours. He would not open his door for security either time. They said there was nothing more they could do because he would not open his door.
This was a terrifying experience!! This man was mentally disturbed. When we checked out the next morning, I asked for that night to be comped. They refused and would only take off the resort fee. I am very disappointed in Ballys. We won’t be back.

Stinky and gross The filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. They also put us in a smoking room which was really gross. I was going to use the hand lotion in the bathroom but it had been opened and half used. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free. Yucky! Can't believe the number of stars this over used, undercleaned and out of date this place has.
