Large, clean, pet-friendly rooms. Large, clean, pet-friendly rooms. Tile floors, black-out curtains, and a working full-sized mini fridge with a freezer box. You will pay more than other places in the area, but I felt it was worth the extra cash for a free hot breakfast, pool, and a location that left more like a vacation. This family of 4 was happy and will return next time we visit family in the area.

Great experience, again! We absolutely love staying here when traveling with our dog! The rooms are nice and big, with plenty of space for his crate and bed, plus all our stuff from a road trip. The beds are comfy, too. Love the location right on the beach - we had stormy seas and rain during our stay, which was fun to watch! This was our second stay here.

Recent stay Stained carpets and strong Marijuana odor. However the view is amazing for the price and the breakfast was great. Asked for a different room but could only be accommodated to a room with a farther away ocean view and less convenient proximity for our service dog.

A very pleasant stay at a great location. December 2024 This location is, in our opinion, Excellent! We booked an ocean view room and stayed a second floor directly overlooking the beach! The room was very large, the bed was large, the mattress and pillows were wonderful, the WiFi was consistent and strong, the other amenities were all there! The free breakfast has plenty of variety and hot! The seating area was spacious. This stay was a very welcome change from the CA, DC and VA hotel locations that we have paid Double $$ this room fee for and experienced far less satisfaction. Not everyone has Brookings as a destination, but if you do, give it a try. The photos were taken just after a large storm-

Horrible experience The only thing comfortable was the bed. I will never visit that hotel again, dirty with drugs parafanialia and the room smells like bad dirty feet and smelled like old laundry that has been sitting around for a while.a refund would be nice.the end.
