Got me moving in a positive direction! I stayed at the program for two weeks -- one in September and one in November 2023. I was a bit anxious going into the first week, unsure of what the experience would be and how I would be able to handle the exercise. It was a wonderful two weeks. The exercise is challenging, yet always adaptive to your starting point. The week is arranged in a way that it felt to me a bit harder at the beginning, then balanced with activities that are fun and energetic (such as the aquatic classes mid- and end- of week). I attended all of the nutrition classes both weeks, because I feel that was an area that I need more information and then reinforcement the second time around. The classes were very helpful and the registered dietitians are excellent, working closely with the chef. Which brings up the food! Very good food - whole, healthy and tasty, I honestly never felt hungry at all. The menu is well-planned and there are options and substitutions if there is something that is not for you. Each night we had a small sweet snack after dinner. When I left each week, my body felt *nourished* and I don't think that I have felt that in a long time. Some of the food 'noise' and cravings have diminished for certain. I spaced my two weeks apart by eight weeks to see what I could do on my own during that time and it went very well, not perfect, but we are not striving for perfection here. Yes, I lost weight during the two weeks and the eight weeks in between. I found the physical trainers to be engaged and very helpful; they give you routines to take home and do with little equipment. My energy level has improved since September 2023 and I am more active. It's nothing like the Biggest Loser show. The facilities are older (loud, single unit AC/heat), but clean, and it definitely has a 'camp' feel and the villas are more like cabins. The grounds are amazing, so many beautiful places to walk and sit. Staff are friendly and helpful. The massage therapist was excellent (a nice mid-week treat!). I was thinking about doing this for about 5 years and finally decided to do it. Glad I did.

Fall visit Been to many facilities and this one previously x 2. Found that the focus is not on the Biggest Loser program but other programs on campus. Rooms and facilities desparately need updating and basic TLC. The staff have a very hands off approach which is new. If you need guidance and 1:1 I would not recommend this. Very loose schedule and attendance is not helpful for building momentum. Beautiful location

Can't wait to return next year! I have been going to the biggest loser resort resort every year since 2015. During long, cold winters, I get into bad habits, lose motivation and need a reset. I find biggest loser staff very educational, motivational and inspirational with very knowledgeable instructors. They push you to do so much more than you would achieve on your own and give you the tools you need to suceed on your healthy journey. I now feel confident and ready to enjoy summer in shorts and bathing suits. Thank you biggest loser staff!

Education, great food & weight loss!! The Biggest Loser Resort, (BLR), Niagara, NY excels at providing EDUCATION, DELICIOUS MEALS AND A CHARMING ATOMSPHERE, TO WORK OUT IN. The well-informed staff at BLR consist of a RD, Registered Dietician, (who works hand and hand with the excellent chefs), CPT, Certified Personal Trainers and CWC, Certified Wellness Coach, all are passionate about their professions and easily pass on their knowledge…. all the information, that we fellow Fit/Fat farm folk need to take home. Also education encompassing; nutrition, label reading, meal planning, grocery store shopping, (the correct way) and TLC, for all of us with FOOD ISSUES! I have been to four different Fit/Fat farms…BLR, Malibu, 2012, Fit for Life, Hilton Head, Is., 2014(owner Eric Viskovicz, (do your due diligence, he is a con man), Live in Fitness, TN, 2022, and BLR, Niagara, 2023. Forget about the Biggest Loser TV show. Niagara is a family run company dedicated to your success and all the little nice things in life as opposed to a huge corporation. Massage chairs, tissues & hand sanitizer everywhere and my favorite the pool & sauna and the dedicated wonderful staff. BLR offers balance, 4 work-out classes, 3 educational classes, separated by the 3 lovely and delicious meals, made from scratch with all the proper amount of Protein, Fats & Carbs. The presentation of the meals rivals some 5-star restaurants that I have been to…. which is why I need Niagara!!!! Personally, I will be returning to Niagara. My first visit was for 2 weeks. The classes are set up to deliver all the information during your first week. I repeated all the educational classes. There is so much information presented, and the instructors pass it on so effortlessly it was even more pleasant the 2nd time around.
