Very Good We stayed here for one night at the end of March in the somewhat older hotel, stayed on the 14th floor and had a very quiet night. Everything was very clean and we were very satisfied, we would stay here again anytime. The internet connection was also very good and there is plenty of free parking available

Really Stations - You used to be great Welp. Station casinos no longer has that hospitality you used to get. I loved coming here before to go to Railhead. Saw Morris Day and the Time. We had to stay to play in a hockey tournament and were treated to a very special brand of hospitality. After waiting 40+ minutes with kids the manager proceeded to look at his watch and say the order was only placed 18 minutes before and then told us because we were upset that he would have security come clear it up. Great. We just literally wanted to have dinner after a long day. And we’re staying here… you’re literally having us kicked out over a dinner you messed up. Should have know better than to eat at Boulder.

poor customer service skills and unprofessional management nal very outdated property with worn out linen and tears in window coverings.. Upon my arrival we noticed a foul smell of mildew, etc staffing and management was very unprofessional and racist. front desk lady kept leaving the front desk for lengthy amount of time when certain races approached the desk to check in

Lack of security As directed by the hotel staff at check-in, we parked our vehicle with U-Haul trailer in the secure, oversize parking lot. The parking lot is certainly less than secure as the trailer was stolen and emptied of its contents, which consisted of many irreplaceable family heirloom items. The parking lots are not safe or secure. At the bare minimum, you should have your vehicle parked by the valet, there is no cost. I sincerely doubt the hotel will do anything to reimburse you if your vehicle is damaged or stolen.
