Not worth the price tag We booked a corner room suite at a pricey tag. The TV wasn’t able to be viewed from the bed. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, so in order to watch a movie, we were forced to use Pay-Per-View at $21 a pop for even 20 year old movies. There wasn’t any availability to get a luggage cart in the early morning as they were all locked up and staff wasn’t around. So we had to carry all of our stuff and make multiple trips to load the car at 6:00 AM. Also, we love Pinot Grigio. The Pinot this year is clearly a Rose of sorts and was really disappointing.

Your staff was exceptional My stay exceeded my expectations. From my arrival to your property, being greeted by the doorman out front, the professionalism at check in and check out, and the environmental services daily services. I am grateful for the royal treatment. For that, I am grateful.

Go alone, take a loved one, take the whole family! Just GO! We came and we stayed for 2 nights. Had an amazing time. Wish it could have been longer! Next time. This was not our first stay. However it was our first time using the services and guidance of the staff to book our stay and amenities. I highly recommend this route! April truly helped alleviate my stress with the booking and assisting with changing the reservation dates. Don't miss out on a special stay at Chateau Elan! Also, don't forget to take advantage of the amenities. We golfed, enjoyed the pool and many restaurants like the Irish Pub, Sarazen's Bar & Grille, Versailles, made s'mores by the firepit, and last but certainly not least, the spa services were amazing. The entire trip was very relaxing and entertaining.
