What was once a seaside sugar plantation is today the Chenay Bay Beach Resort, set on 30 acres along the north shore of St. Croix. But the highlight of the area isn't visible from dry land. You'll need to strap on some complimentary snorkeling gear and head out toward the Green Cay Natural Wildlife Refuge, located just off the coast.
