OMG, if you are looking for the perfect hideaway, walking distance to everything, super quiet, super clean and cute, this is the perfect place.... I enjoyed everything about my stay except the water pressure of the shower 🚿. I traveled alone and felt completely safe and comfortable.

Bad customer service Front desk by the name of Miranda I believe that was her name she was was very very rude (my stay was March 20th to Saturday March 22nd and I got there around noonish or maybe one I'm not sure of the time exactly but she worked first shift) she was no help at all it seems like she did not want to be there or want to work and I thank God for the other three young ladies that was there one of them was Keisha and I forgot the other two young lady's name but they know me because I come there frequently to visit my son at Clark Atlanta University and they was able to get the mess up that I believe she created fixed but if it wasn't for them I may have not been able to get my room and I came all the way from Illinois which is a 10-hour ride because she did not want to help she didn't smile she barely spoke a word only thing she was saying was well I don't know because you was a no show wasn't trying to help it was very bad with her but I thank god Keisha and the other two young ladies that was there for all the help and big shout out to Tyson as well you for are amazing but Miranda should not be working customer service because that's a bad look on your company with a person that don't want to do their job and deal with customers and I never want to see a person without a job but that's one person needs to work from home or the back room because she most definitely not a people person. Also I stayed in communication with the hotel while I was in route on the road to Atlanta advising them of my time I would be there and they said that was fine and then when I called back so he was running behind schedule more due to traffic I called 14 times and no one answered the phone All I can keep saying is her customer service horrible and God bless her and I hope whatever she going through gets better

Stay here again! Chrissy was fantastic in helping me straighten out the reservation error I made. She shows professionalism and confidence. Her calm demeanor and prompt assistance relieved my anxiety. Our daughter is in ICU at Emory hospital. I would recommend this hotel. It was clean and breakfast was great. We would definitely want to stay here again…but the credit goes to having caring and dedicated staff like Chrissy!

Good value This is a decent hotel. Modestly sized rooms but clean and neat. Good value. The location is good too. Melissa did a great job of maintaining the breakfast and checking in with the customers. Front desk staff were courteous, Parking is $25. Fitness center seems to be missing most of the dumbells.
